For years, I worked in the restaurant industry—long days, long nights, with a relentless work ethic that taught me discipline, leadership, and the importance of serving others. But I knew I wanted a path that offered more freedom, more opportunity, and a future I could build on.
About ten years ago, I made the decision to step into real estate. I partnered with my friend Ray, a real estate agent, and together we bought a tax lien property at auction. We took on the rehab ourselves, managed the project start to finish, and sold it for a strong profit. That first deal wasn’t just a win, it was a turning point.
Since then, I’ve gained years of firsthand experience completing multiple fix-and-flips, building rental portfolios, evaluating deals, managing contractors, and understanding what truly makes an investment profitable. Real estate became more than a business—it became a passion and a profession.
